Gold price Today in India

As of March 13, 2025, the price of 24-carat gold in India has reached new heights, with rates varying across different cities. In Delhi, the price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold is ₹88,163, reflecting an increase of ₹510 from the previous day.  Similarly, in Mumbai, the price is ₹88,017 per 10 grams, up from ₹87,857 the previous day.  In Chennai, the rate stands at ₹88,011 per 10 grams, an increase from ₹87,851 the day before.

This surge in gold prices is attributed to factors such as a decline in the U.S. dollar index and a drop in 10-year U.S. Treasury yields, which have bolstered gold’s value. Additionally, the upcoming Holi festival has heightened demand, further driving up prices.

Please note that gold prices are subject to daily fluctuations influenced by global economic conditions, currency exchange rates, and local demand. For the most accurate and current rates, it’s advisable to consult local jewelers or financial news sources.
